Welcome to New Kent 4 D Star Amateur Radio Club
New Kent 4 D Star Amateur Radio Club purpose is to further the exchange of information and cooperation between members and community, to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency, promote DSTAR and to so conduct club programs and activities as to advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in the community.
People from surrounding areas and clubs are welcome to check us out and apply to join our club if interested. All are welcome to apply for membership. Members dues are low and if you are a family of Two or more and who lives in the same household, there is a discount available. There is no age limit to be in our club.
We plan to hold monthly meetings and hold our annual meeting in December to elect new officers and they take office in January. Our Meetings will be the First Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Starting in January, we will be meeting the third Tuesday of the Month.Our meeting place will be the Chickahominy Shores Association building located at 701 Riverside Drive Lanexa, VA 23089.
